At M Bar J Ranch we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

Mobile Home Space Rental-$500.00 Monthly

Permanent Spaces are available for mobile home owners.

Spaces are 54'x90'.

Included is water, septic, and garbage, 8'x12' storage shed and garden areas.

We require a background check, credit and previous housing history on all our permanent renters. An application can be requested by contacting us. A non-refundable fee is charged to process this service................$37.00 fee

Mobile Home Rentals

If you are interested in renting a mobile home unit at the ranch, we have a limited amount of mobile homes for rent. Most units are two bedroom and one or two baths. Housing vouchers are accepted.

Included with our units is water, septic, and garbage, 8'x12' storage shed and garden areas.
